Hello Hydration!

One important way to keep your skin healthy, young and soft is drinking enough water.

I'm sure you're thinking "duh!" And while this seems so simple and obvious, for some reason we're still not doing it.

Often we focus only on moisturizing from the outside in through a lotion or cream, but it's important to remember that drinking lots of water hydrates and bring nutrients to your skin.

It's also important to avoid dehydrating drinks like coffee, alcohol and soda.

And even those hot showers we love so much can sap moisture from our skin. As we all know, cold weather is very drying also. So be careful with extremes in cold or hot.

Try setting a goal to drink more water. Maybe you're not yet the kind of person who carries around a gallon jug, but adding one more glass a day is a great place to start!
